Have been using this company for years and they are truly brilliant. Their vitamins are of a very high quality (their iron tablets are the only ones my body will actually absorb the iron from and it changed my life). Their customer service is excellent. The one time I did have a problem with a vitamin that did not agree with me they refunded me and took it very seriously by calling me. Their products always arrive in good time (unless something completely out of their control) and they are a pleasure to deal with. I very highly recommend this company and if you have a problem with any of their ingredients, just ask them direct, their chemists will reply, no need to post a bad review on here.

Purchased vegan Vitamin D+K2.... Cytoplan....Decided to look up ingredients and this so called healthy Vitamin D has corn syrup listed as one of the ingredients! This is as dangerous as maltodextrin. Not a binder or a filler but simply to prolong shelf life.Naturally occurring Vitamin D does not contain glucose.So why for heavens sake add it?I have spoken with medical practitioners and professionals, Diabetes UK and my local pharmacist - Vitamin D does NOT contain glucose. This company does not care about people’s health but only their wallet.There are no health benefits to be derived from corn syrup as an ingredient rather quite the reverse, especially for pre diabetic and diabetic sufferers or anyone with Barrett’s Esophagus.Corn syrup is bad news. Dangerous. Diabetes spectrum.One star way too generous.The information I have provided is accurate. There is no need to add any form of glucose to any vitamin supplement.The response of the company is deliberately misleading and purely designed to attract purchases from the unsuspecting.Glucose corn syrup/ corn starch is most certainly not a component of all vegan companies manufacturing Vitamin supplements and Vitamin D.The inclusion is clearly indicated in the Cytoplan Vitamin D+ K product.

I have been using cytoplan for over year now and their products are excellent, I have even ordered products for my parents and parents-in-law to help strengthen their immunity in the current times. After getting COVID I used their Immunovite supplement for adults and kids to give us a boost and it really helped us all. Their was some delay with deliveries during lockdown but that was to be expected, there were delays with everything. Excellent products and I have had no issues with the company at all.

Hi. Recently received Cytoplan supplement. Order was made on 5th of August,i ordered Wholefood calcium,L-argenine and D3 and u know what? All of them r out of date... D3 - by 22jun,calcium 25jun and argenine 21jul. This is a joke? Is this even safe?UPD. My apologies for misunderstanding,just few pills were in cracks,so thought that they r old and out of date sticker confused me. Will check the product itself and leave proper feedback. Thanks for answer.

It’s been already 8 days, and still didn’t receive my order. To be honest I never had to wait that much for a order which I needed.The customer service it’s just useless, saying there’s nothing they can do, as the order it’s in Royal Mail hands, so I guess I have to wait again 2 weeks to receive it or not ! Just avoid ordering from here .

most appalling company very bad customer service do not trust them to deal with customer complaints received a faulty batch of iron capsules with plastic pieces and half empty capsules stuck together and refused to help, proposed i should return at my own cost very very rude customer service and they hung up the phone on me

Fantastic product and great customer service. I've used this company for several years. They have a Nutritional Therapy team who can advise you, free of charge. Their products are really effective and delivery is quite quick. Really impressed and would highly recommend them.
